Have you felt as though wellness is daunting? We’re often told that in order to be healthy there are certain pills to take, number of hours to exercise, foods to eat or not eat, and the list of requirements goes on. But what if it didn’t have to be that way?
After thirty years of seeking alternatives to medical healing, I’ve discovered a wealth of options. I want to share what I’ve learned over this course of time and I’m happy to report after many trials that I’m in perfect health. Everything that I’ve been through has helped me not only take care of myself, but also my children, friends, and others around me.
I want to help you be able to make your healing experience informative. Illnesses show us what we are missing in our health. Rather than being simply told to take a pill to cure all your ails, my goal is to help others learn to get in tune with their bodies and be able to learn from what our illnesses are telling us. Awareness of ourselves is the absolute first step to being well. If we aren’t conscious of what’s going on in our bodies, we can’t know what we need and the steps to take to be well.
The worst experience is being unwell and feeling backed into a corner, that you don’t have any options. There are more avenues to getting well than most people realize, just as I hadn’t before getting sick. The more choices you know you have, the more power you have to find the option that feels best for you.
This journey doesn’t have to be scary and it’s a journey you don’t have to feel alone through. Just take a deep breath, it’s going to be good.
